No, you can checkout without creating an account.

Creating an account is optional and has the benefit managing and tracking previous orders and faster checkout in the future.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS...

Items purchased in November and December have an extended returns period. You have until 14th January to return any item(s).

NORMAL RETURNS....

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to inform us if you wish to return your item(s), the item must be returned unused and with its original packaging.

Damaged items: If an item you have received is damaged you must let us know within 2 days of receipt of the item.

Please include your original invoice or a note with your name and order number.

Refunds or exchanges will be provided once the item has been received.
If an item is returned without the original packaging or in poor condition it may not be eligible for a refund.
If part of an order is returned for a refund resulting in the original order value to drop below the free delivery threshold the original postage cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds normally take 2-5 working days and can only be made to the debit/credit card or PayPal Account originally used for the purchase.

If an item is faulty we will cover the cost of return postage, faulty items should be returned via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For post, retain your proof of postage.

Any items received that are damaged or faulty on arrival must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt of the items.
